Full Pre-Market Involvement (Platinum Service)

Stage 1 - Market Assessment

Being: Study of the Australian Market suitability with report

• We need to talk to some market research companies & assess cost implications
• Review and describe the Australian marketplace in direct comparison to the existing European market for the product/service (approx. 5 pages)
• Recommend in general terms whether the Australian market could provide a potential profitable market for the product, and outline what product/service changes or enhancements would be recommended (eg re-labelling, re-badging, re-branding) (approx. 5 pages)

Stage 2 - Detailed Strategic Report

Being: A detailed Strategic Report focusing on specific information relevant to the introduction of the product/service in Australia.

In effect, a business plan that describes your:

(a) potential local partners
(b) priority locations
(c) possible mergers
(d) cost analyses
(e) customer targets
(f) marketing strategy
(g) import and customs issues
(h) web-site and web-based trading opportunities
(i) employment and organization requirements in Australia
(j) taxation (GST, income tax, transfer pricing)
(k) corporate structure in Australia

Stage 3 - Implementation

Being: Using EuAus Pty Limited to represent the company in Australia and pursue the business plan objectives from Stage 2.

Option 2

Medium Pre-Market Involvement (Gold Service)

Stage 2 - Introduction

Being:The identification of suitable partners to the European business

Facilitating a meeting between the suitable partners (identified above) and the European business

Stage 3 - Facilitation

Being: Assessment of potential ongoing relationship with the suitable partner

Oversee roll-out of relationship and assist with the arbitration of any problems that may arise between the two partners

Option 3

Low Pre-Market Involvement (Silver Service)

Stage 2 - If suitable, we will act as your agents in Australia

(These may be provided under any of options 1, 2 or 3)

Will provide Australian or European style statutory accounts and management accounts

Will source suitable Australian candidates for your assessment and recruitment

Fees

Fees for Options 1 and 2 will be based on an assessment of your product/service. Payments would be made as follows: 20% at the commencement and 80% upon the completion of each Stage. Services may be terminated by the customer at the completion of each stage, however a 10% termination fee would be payable based upon the total project quote.

Fees for Option 3 will be based on an assessment of your product/service. A product assessment fee will be payable upon the commencement of Stage 1. Fees for Stage 2 will be based on a combination of fixed charge and sales commission. Services may be terminated by the customer at the completion of Stage 1. termination at any time during Stage 2 will be based on an Agency Agreement.

Fees for Other Services will be quoted on a project basis.
